What are the HRCA fees?+
The 2023 fees were $82.65 for the year and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities. Membership in HRCA is mandatory per the By-Laws.
How do I report a concern?+

When are the meetings?+
The board meets monthly, usually the third Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at a board member's home; residents are welcome, and can ask to address the board at least 10 days ahead. The annual meeting for all property owners is in June at 7:00 p.m., to approve the budget and elect the board.
Can I reserve the park (Common Area A)?+
No. The common area is available to any household whose dues are current, but it isn't available for reserved or exclusive use.
Is any parking reserved?+
No. All parking in Hidden Ridge is street parking, available to anyone.
